At JNB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
How Returns Work
You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
You’ll need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how to send your item back. Please don’t send any returns before approval — unregistered returns cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email our team at support@jnbjanebu.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with your return label and instructions.
If you’d like a different size or colour, the fastest way is to place a new order and return your original item for a refund once it’s received and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jnbjanebu.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Worn, washed, or altered clothing
Accessories such as hats, socks, or underwear
Items marked Final Sale
Gift cards or customised items
We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or perishable goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an update by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@jnbjanebu.com.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Additional Information
All returns are carefully inspected. JNB reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy conditions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
