JNB Clothing is a UK-based streetwear brand offering hoodies, t-shirts, tracksuits, and accessories. All products are sold directly through our official JNB online store. These terms apply to all customers and visitors to our website.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
JNB Clothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock errors. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch:
- UK orders: 3–5 business days
- European delivery: 5–10 business days
- International delivery: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of JNB Clothing.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn and undamaged items with original tags attached.
To start a return, customers must contact us using the contact form on our website before sending any items back. Please do not return items without prior authorization.
Exchanges are available for size or colour changes subject to stock availability. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Important: We do not accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty or defective.

All logos, designs, text, images, and other content on the JNB Clothing website are the exclusive property of JNB Clothing and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
